Returns, Store Credit & Quality Assurance
Each piece of our jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We encourage you to review your order upon delivery so we can promptly address any concerns.
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are happy to assist under the following terms:
• Defective items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
• Eligible items priced over $25 may be returned for store credit only. We do not offer refunds.
• Returned items must be in their original condition, including all components, materials, packaging, and inserts.
• If any materials or components are missing, a $15 material replacement fee will be deducted from the issued store credit.
Please note
• Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for store credit.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued and delivered via email.

How to Start a Return
To ensure a smooth and timely process:
1. Contact us within 10 days of delivery via your order confirmation, Etsy messages, or our website contact form.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
4. Please package the item securely and return it with all original components and materials included.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Because custom and personalized pieces are created specifically for you:
• All custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
• Approved defective custom items will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

• Earrings
• Clearance or sale items
• Custom or personalized jewelry
• Items priced $25 or less

Jewelry Care Disclaimer
Our jewelry is crafted with delicate materials that require proper care. To preserve the beauty and longevity of your piece:
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals.
• Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Store pieces in a dry, safe place when not in use.
Damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, accidents, or exposure to moisture or chemicals is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or store credit
